Artefilias Films ("we," "our," or "the Studio") operates the e-commerce store hosted via Tiendanube. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal and business data provided by our clients ("you," "your," or "the Client").

By purchasing our services or uploading files to our designated servers, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To process your order and deliver your digital assets, we collect the following information:

• Identity & Contact Data: Your full name, restaurant name, email address, and phone number.

• Transaction Data: Details about payments made through our secure third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or applicable processors). We never store or have access to your full credit card details.

• Media Assets: The raw photographs, logos, or menu descriptions you upload to our secure and designated upload portals for digital processing.

2. How We Use Your Data and Files

We use your information strictly for the following operational purposes:

• To fulfill and process your digital menu renovation order.

• To communicate with you regarding your project updates, revisions, or technical inquiries.

• To comply with accounting, tax regulations (including SAT requirements), and financial auditing.

• Visual Assets Protection: The raw photographs you provide are used solely to perform the contracted design, compositing, and relighting services. We will never sell, trade, or distribute your raw or final images to third parties without your explicit consent.

3. Data Retention & Storage

• Financial Data: Retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.

• Media Assets: For your security, Artefilias Films will store your original raw files and final delivered JPG assets in our secure Google Drive directory for a maximum period of 30 calendar days after final delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted from our servers to protect server storage capacity. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to download and securely store their final delivery files.

4. Third-Party Services

Our storefront is built on Tiendanube. Payment processing is handled entirely by external, certified secure gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). These third parties have their own independent privacy policies governing how they handle your checkout information. We encourage you to review their terms.

5. Your Rights
